Role Requirements:
Customer Service and building relationships with clients is fundamental
Must be confident in striking up a conversation with clients both in person and over the phone
Consult with potential clients over the phone and show confidence in converting them to join Knot-Release Therapies Show strong initiative in daily tasks and complete set tasks in a timely mannerMust be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment This will include taking phone calls, payments, and/or making bookings at the same time!
Must value team culture - we like to look after each other
Be creative and come up with plans for creating buzz around the clinic during certain parts of the year
Use problem-solving skills with clients as needed (e g anticipating each situation based on what the client is going through and improvising as needed to ensure a safe client experience)
Willing to participate in outside events on occasion (outside of business hours/location)

Massage Therapist and Esthetician
Provide Massage Therapy/Skincare services including but not limited to Massage therapy/Skincare services.
Comply with all reasonable and lawful instructions given by Knot-Release Therapies and comply with all policies and procedures implemented by Knot-Release Therapies from time to time.
Conduct their duties in good faith and in the best interests of Knot-Release Therapies.
Undertake such shifts as may be reasonably required by Knot-Release Therapies.
Attend screenings and marketing events as specified by Knot-Release Therapies unless prior consent is obtained to be absent.
Attend various professional development events and lectures throughout the year to continually expand on current clinical knowledge and skills and any business seminars, courses and/or coaching as may be required by Knot-Release Therapies
Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training as required unless prior consent is obtained to be absent.
Maintain a high level of professional dress code during practice shifts, screenings, and marketing events consisting of business/dress attire.
Actively promote (practice’s services e.g. Cryoskin, Skincare) and Knot-Release Therapies to assist in growing the practice.
Be punctual for the start of practice shifts and events.
Ensure all paperwork, administrative tasks, file maintenance, and emails are maintained and kept up to date on a weekly basis.
And any such other services as agreed to by Knot-Release Therapies and the contractor from time to time.
If the Principal's administrative staff is absent, the associate will be required to fulfill administrative duties in addition to their usual services that are listed above. These may include cleaning, scheduling, taking payments, invoicing, answering phones, etc.
